Middle managers working with Western colleagues, clients or stakeholders - particularly those beginning the move from managing work to leading through uncertainty. TB5 Executive, a separate pathway for senior leaders carrying wider organizational consequences, is covered in its own brochure. ### What actually happens in a simulation? Each 60-minute session is live, online and one-to-one. A confidential brief sent beforehand sets your role, objective, limits and stakes. In the session itself you face a trained practitioner who responds, resists and adapts — what happens next depends on what you do. Sessions are private and unrecorded. ### What does AER actually measure? AER™ examines Approach, Expression and Result together — the route you choose, what the other person actually receives, and the observable effect it produces. It's used to give specific feedback after each simulation and to shape the targeted rerun that follows. ### How is the five-session programme scheduled? Five private 60-minute simulations, each with at least one full day between sessions. Most participants complete the full programme over two to three weeks. Small teams can share a programme window, though every participant completes all five sessions privately, one-to-one, with the same practitioner throughout. ### What level of English is required? Simulations run in C1–C2 international business English. Participants are not assessed on native-speaker fluency, accent or speed of speech — what matters is clarity, judgement and effectiveness under pressure. ##### THE INVITATION # Knowledge may become abundant. # Cross-cultural performance will not.
