TB5™ Executive is designed for senior leaders working across borders, functions and stakeholder groups where authority is distributed, information is incomplete and consequences extend beyond the immediate decision. It is especially relevant for executives who must frame ambiguity, influence without control, own trade-offs, intervene across systems and protect trust under pressure. ### What actually happens in an executive simulation? You receive a confidential brief before the session, then enter a live 1:1 simulation with a trained GSL practitioner. The situation evolves in real time. The practitioner responds, resists and adapts to your choices, while new information, stakeholder pressure or changing consequences may emerge. Your performance is then reviewed through the AER™ lens, followed by targeted reruns and practical transfer. ### Is there a correct answer in the simulation? No. TB5™ Executive is deliberately designed without a hidden correct answer. Several responsible courses of action may be possible. The focus is on the quality of your judgement: how you frame the situation, test assumptions, manage uncertainty, weigh consequences and create a credible path forward. ### How is the five-session Executive journey scheduled? The programme consists of five private 60-minute simulations delivered online. Sessions are normally scheduled across a defined programme window, with time between simulations for reflection and transfer into real work. One practitioner typically works with you throughout the full journey to preserve continuity and depth of feedback. ### What level of English is required? TB5™ Executive is designed for senior professionals able to operate confidently in international business English. As a guide, C1–C2 level is recommended.
