Experience the situation before it becomes real.
Global SIM Labs places participants inside private, live and evolving situations where judgement, communication and adaptability must be produced under pressure.
The situation responds to what they do—creating consequences, evidence and the opportunity to perform differently before the real event.
Four principles shape every GSL experience
Experience before theory
Participants encounter realistic situations, make decisions under pressure and experience the consequences of their choices. Theory is introduced where it helps explain what happened—and immediately tested in practice.
Reality over abstraction
Scenarios develop through human interaction, uncertainty and resistance. The environment responds to the participant, requiring judgement and adaptation rather than movement through a predetermined script.
Performance over knowledge
Understanding is not the endpoint. Participants must communicate, decide, influence and adapt—and demonstrate what changes when the situation is attempted again.
Private by design
Sessions are confidential, live and unrecorded. Participants can test judgement, expose weaknesses and improve without carrying those mistakes into the real situation.
The situation responds to what you do.
Each simulation begins with a credible role, a consequential objective and incomplete information. Once the interaction begins, the situation develops through the participant’s decisions, language and behaviour.
Ambiguity, resistance and competing priorities create pressure. Participants must interpret what is happening, decide what matters and produce a response that works—not simply explain what they know.

One attempt reveals performance
Capability is not inferred from what someone says they would do. It becomes visible through action—how they interpret the situation, communicate under pressure and influence what follows.
That performance creates the evidence from which focused improvement can begin.
From first attempt to different result
The first attempt creates evidence—not a score detached from reality. Focused feedback identifies the moments where performance shifted and what produced the result.
The participant then returns to a selected part of the situation with a different strategy. Improvement becomes visible in what happens next.

See what shaped the result
Performance is not reduced to a single score. AER™ examines the relationship between the participant’s Approach, the way that approach is given Expression, and the Result it produces.
This turns a complex interaction into usable evidence. Participants can see where intention was lost, what changed the situation and where a different choice could produce a different outcome.
